Our team supported Dave Black Construction LTD with the renovation of the shower ensuite facilities at Rushyfields Care Home. The project focused on modernising outdated facilities to create a safer, more accessible environment tailored to the needs of residents.
We carried out a full refurbishment of the ensuite shower rooms, installing new accessible showers, WCs, and wash basins, carefully positioned to improve convenience and accessibility for residents.

The redesigned layout incorporates thoughtfully designed features to enhance resident safety. The shower, WC, and wash basin have been strategically placed to reduce obstacles and provide a clear, accessible path for residents using mobility aids. As well as this, grab rails were carefully positioned throughout the bathroom to reduce the risk of slips, trips and falls.
High-quality, long-lasting materials were also used to ensure the facilities’ longevity while also meeting the long-term needs of the care home and its residents.
We worked closely with the client’s schedule to ensure smooth coordination with other trades on-site, such as plasterers, tilers, floor layers, and joiners. This collaborative approach allowed for efficient project delivery while minimising disruption to residents and employees.
