What were the benefits?
The upgrades resulted in an improved, modern heating and hot water system that enabled St. Oswald’s Hospice to provide essential care without disruption. The replacement of the old, unreliable infrastructure also reduced the need for ongoing maintenance, resulting in long-term cost savings for the hospice.
The new system is also significantly more energy efficient, resulting in reduced utility costs and a more sustainable operation overall. By upgrading the plant rooms in stages, we ensured that the hospice could continue to provide services throughout the project, demonstrating our ability to deliver tailored solutions with minimal impact on daily operations.
