Our team was asked to support the refurbishment of a large office space at The Curve in Newburn, working alongside Dave Black Construction Ltd. The project aimed to divide the existing space into three separate offices, each equipped with kitchen, toilet and shower facilities.
To accommodate the revised layout, we installed new waste and water facilities that were perfectly aligned with the new office divisions, ensuring each space had independent, fully functioning utilities.
We worked closely with the main contractor to carry out a full refurbishment of the washroom and shower rooms. This involved replacing outdated fixtures and modernising the design to create clean, practical and visually appealing facilities.
