Our team supported Dave Black Construction LTD with the renovation of the shower ensuite facilities at Rushyfields Care Home. The project focused on modernising outdated facilities to create a safer, more accessible environment tailored to the needs of residents.

Our team was asked to support the refurbishment of a large office space at The Curve in Newburn, working alongside Dave Black Construction Ltd. The project aimed to divide the existing space into three separate offices, each equipped with kitchen, toilet and shower facilities.

Our team was contracted to upgrade the plant room facilities at St Oswald’s Hospice in Gosforth. The existing system was outdated and inefficient, with frequent leaks, unreliable heating and hot water production, and ongoing system failures that disrupted the hospice’s critical services and threatened the well-being of patients and employees.

Our team was tasked with carrying out a full refurbishment of ADM Pressing LTD’s workers’ toilet facilities to create a modern, durable environment that was suitable for a busy factory setting. With a tight two-week shutdown window, a fast and efficient solution was required.
