Fast & friendly emergency assistance during COVID-19.

At Whickham Plumbing & Heating Services we will have an experienced, highly trained engineer with you as quickly as possible to provide expert assistance. 

We are living in unprecedented times and during this COVID-19 outbreak, we are taking the health of both our staff and our customers very seriously. As a result, we have fully trained our staff on social distancing measures and where appropriate, provided them with additional PPE. We ask that whilst they are within your home, you also respect and abide by the social distancing rules set in place by the Government – maintaining 2 meters apart.

We know this is difficult and the urge to help one of our staff members whilst in your home is natural, yet, social distancing measures are essential to safeguard you and our team. Once the immediate situation is under control, our members of staff will discuss your options with you and suggest the most appropriate and cost-effective repair or replacement. 

We also ask that you disclose any symptoms of Covid-19 to us. These can be found on the NHS website.
